New-Tech Construction Corp. is a licensed General and Electrical Contractor, proudly servicing primarily the Eastern United States since 1998. New-Tech provides a wide range of services for our customers with a commitment to safety and quality. We are a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business and also have many Military veterans working on our team.

Shawn P. Sims, serves as New-Tech’s President and Chief Executive Officer since our inception in 1998. He oversees day-to-day-operations at New-Tech and leads the company’s product and service development strategy. He has a diversified approach to problem solving, understanding of operator challenges, and deep technical and business expertise. Shawn leads the company’s vision, products and services strategy. And, of course, he’s a proven entrepreneur by overseeing the New-Tech growth and development for the past 25 years. Prior to his career in the telecommunications industry, he was a Petty Officer in the Coast Guard. He also served in Washington DC as a member of the Presidential Honor Guard. Shawn was honorably discharged after 12 years of military service.
Mary S. Sims, is the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer for New-Tech responsible for all financial aspects of the company operations. As a key member of the executive management team, she assumes a strategic role in the overall management of the company. Mary is responsible for primary day-to-day planning, implementation, management and control of all financial activities of the company. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, financial forecasting, strategic planning, budgeting and cultivating relationships with clients or collaborating with coworkers. She honed her business and financial skills as a serial entrepreneur prior to co-founding New-Tech, and now she combines her experience to lead the organization at the CFO level.
Matt Snyder serves as Vice President of Operations. He has been part of the New-Tech Team since 1998 and became Vice President in 2005. He provides strong senior leadership to ensure the execution and completion of all construction projects. He is responsible for developing long-term plans for the organization around the growth and development of construction and operations services. Matt’s current and prior work experience allow him to excel in actively measuring, understanding and analyzing all customer operations metrics and initiate appropriate actions within the organization to drive improved results. He is an organizational leader with experience leading a customer-centric organization, communication networks deployments and operations. Matt has an excellent track record of meeting and exceeding client’s service related goals and objectives across a diverse client base.
Ty Brauch is New-Tech’s Vice President of Business Development and has a deep history in the wireless communications industry. His telecom experience spans a broad range of industry verticals and venue types in both the public and private sectors. He is a seasoned executive in both technical and sales organizations. Ty leads high-performance teams to achieve professional opportunities and company goals. He has aptitude for developing client relationships in the communications industry. In the past, Ty worked in many different roles as a full-time or consultant, and has been a team member for Sprint-Nextel, Clearwire, MasTec and Bechtel. His commitment to our clients and over 20 years’ experience across all disciplines in the telecom industry allow him to bring together the best aspects of our competitors into a single cohesive offering that meets the needs of New-Tech’s customers — today and tomorrow. Ty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
